After Hours Travel Assistance |

In case of a client requiring travel assistance after hours,
Voila Travel is able to assist as follows:
- Local flight reservations i.e. flight cancellations and any flight amendments; subject to availability
- International travel support - in line with the Terms and Conditions of:
- The specific airline through which the reservation has been secured; and
- The country to which the passenger is travelling
- If car hire is required after hours, please note that a credit card is required as a deposit and guarantee for the vehicle.
Furthermore please take note that the credit card holder must be the main driver of the vehicle.
- Processing of visas is not possible due to embassies not being available after hours.
Important
- Please note the above- mentioned after hour services are for Voila Travel corporate and leisure clients only
- Voila Travel will do everything in their power to assist with any problem you might encounter after hours
- A call to the Emergency Service Number may result in an additional cost. Please verify with your travel consultant on duty.
