International Services (Excluding flights to/from Brazil, Argentina, Canada and the USA)

Adults and children (traveling on 67% discount fares) are entitled to the following free baggage allowances:

Baggage allowance applicable to passengers travelling to/from the United States of America, Canada, Argentina and Brazil without deliberate stopover at any intermediate point.

First Class

Two checked bags (for hold stowage), total dimensions of each bag not to exceed 158 cm (62 inches) and of which the mass of any one piece does not exceed 32kg (70lbs)

Economy Class

Two checked bags (for hold stowage), total dimensions of the two bags not to exceed 158 cm (62 inches) and the one piece not to exceed 140cm (55 inches) and of which the mass of any one piece does not exceed 23kg (lbs).

Infants (traveling on a 10% fare)

One checked bag (for hold stowage) total dimensions not to exceed 115cm up to 10kg plus one fully collapsible child’s stroller/pushchair (for hold stowage) as checked baggage.

To arrive at the sum of the total dimensions, the maximum length, the maximum width and the maximum height of the bag (piece) must be added together.

Cabin Baggage

In addition to your free baggage allowance you are entitled to one piece of hand luggage. The sum of the maximum dimensions may not exceed 1 150 mm ( i.e. length plus width plus height) up to 8kg.
