Voila Travel is a Loyalty/Rewards supplier and offers a Three-Option Travel Component to Corporate Companies,
Organizations and Loyalty Development Program Companies. Travel services are packaged offering a choice of
travel elements which allow for member contribution options.

The following Terms & Conditions apply to the different categories:
On-Line Travel Facility
- Our website On-line Travel booking facility is offered to Loyalty members for their convenience
at any time of day or night, including weekends. This is backed by a wealth of world information and all
travel-related services i.e. travel clinics, currency converter, international weather, maps and information
on all countries/cities in the world.
- Voila Travel accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any cancellations, claims or queries that may arise
subsequent to confirmation of an on-line reservation.
- Members choosing to make on–line reservations do so with a clear understanding that they are personally
responsible for dates, times, choice of airline, and car hire reservations. Voila Travel will not be obliged
to render a follow-thru service and assistance on internet bookings.
- Payment by credit card is required to finalize on-line bookings. Voila Travel will not be held
responsible for any failure in payment procedures, cancelled flights, delayed flights or any on-line booking
defects.
Personalized Travel Services: Voila Travel Call Centre
- After-hour services – Any additional costs resulting as a resulting from amended
reservations needs to be discussed with the consultant on duty.
- Claims for cancelled flights will be managed by a Voila Travel consultant and are
subject to Voila Travel’s General Terms & Conditions.
- Travel requirements need to be requested and confirmed via email.
- Quotations on all travel enquiry services will be sent to members for approval, and
must be accepted by return email.
- Assistance with Visas and Passports is offered, subject to timeous submission of
required documents and information.
- A full and comprehensive brief on customized travel requirements is essential.
Voila Travel’s on-line travel portfolio form should therefore be completed and submitted timeously.
- Foreign currency is arranged by Voila Travel, and delivered to a traveller on a date
and at a time convenient to the traveller. This service is available on week-days only, and
Voila Travel’s General Terms & Conditionsapply.
- Communication will be by e-mail and telephone.
- SMS facilities are available to travellers once travel arrangements are confirmed.
Travel Package Specials
- Special travel packages are custom-designed and made available to members.
Such packages normally include Flight reservations, Accommodation, Transfers to
and from airports, Car hire, Meals, Excursions etc. A limited number of packages
will be advertised during low season and offered to members on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Discounted travel packages on accommodation and meals only, will be offered to
Housekeepers or child-minders employed by traveling members.
Competitions
Regular competitions will be arranged for members, and prizes on offer will include
international and local trips, spa vouchers, travel vouchers and free weekend break-aways.
- All entries to be submitted personally by the member, and must be accompanied by proof of membership.
- In all instances, the judges' decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Prizes are not transferable, negotiable or redeemable for cash.
- Prizes not claimed within 30 days of being awarded will be forfeited and disposed of at Voila Travel’s discretion.
- Winners to comply with any and all conditions prescribed by Voila Travel and/or the respective sponsor
of any specific competition.
- When participating in any competition hosted either partly or wholly by Voila Travel, winners agree to be
bound by the original cost, validity period and dates applicable to the prize awarded.
- Members should note that all reservations applicable to prizes won in competitions will exclude peak
periods i.e. public holidays, school holidays, long week-ends, the Easter and Christmas holiday periods
and the Soccer 2010 peak period.
- Participants are advised that certain prizes may require a level of fitness and wellbeing.
Therefore the effect that any Medical condition whatsoever may have on winners while utilizing the
prize will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
- Voila Travel will be exempt from any responsibility in terms of reactions to Spa Treatments.
If a prize winner is either pregnant, under medical treatment, has an injury or any condition, it
will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner to safeguard himself/herself.
- Any additional requests for treatments, excursions, products, food, beverages etc. other than
that specified on a voucher or prize package will be for the winners’ own account. If such
additional costs are paid by credit card to Voila Travel, the prize-winner will be charged a
credit card merchant fee.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended when the prize necessitates insurance cover.
- Should a prize-winner request any additional services, a service fee will be levied.
- In the case of a Voila Travel “monetary value travel voucher” Voila Travel will provide
the prize winner with a maximum of three travel options. A service fee will be levied for
any additional options requested.
- Winners are to adhere to booking requirements for reservations as indicated on the prize/voucher.
- Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the guilty party.
Incentive Travel Packages
- These packages will be allocated during low season periods on a quarterly basis, i.e. February,
August and November.
- Valid under option 3 of Travel offerings:
- One R30,000 travel package per couple - International destination
- Two R16,000 travel packages per couple - Local destination
- These packages are not redeemable for cash.
- These packages are supplied by Voila Travel Service providers and will not be changed or exchanged
for other packages/destinations.
- These packages are to be utilized by companies as incentives.
- Costs pertaining to visas, passports, additional meals, up-grade of airline tickets,
up-grade of accommodation, or any other costs than those stipulated in the Incentive Package,
will be for the account of the traveller.
- Travel to be undertaken within the validity period, i.e. February, August or November of each year.
- Package content will include flights, airport taxes, transfers between airport and hotel and
accommodation based on Bed & Breakfast, unless otherwise stipulated.
- Packages and destinations will be reviewed on an annual basis.
Company Membership Payments to Voila Travel
- The Travel component offered to companies and organizations will be
managed and administered by Voila Travel.
- A service agreement will be entered into and payment in terms of membership
will be made monthly in advance to Voila Travel as agreed between the parties.
- In cases where Voila Travel will render a Travel Component Service to a Loyalty Service Provider, a service agreement will be entered into between the Loyalty Service Provider Company and Voila Travel, based on the Terms & Conditions supporting the Voila Travel payment requirements.
